After the DEI Hackathon, I chatted with the winners from Title I schools and saw how different our school experiences were. The disparities between the resources available to me versus them hit hard.

 

So, I started "Impact Lab". It's a non-profit to help peers bring their ideas to life.

 

Our first project: THE STARTUP SOCIETY - the winning idea of the DEI Hackathon. We are launching an entrepreneurship engine, a platform connecting young minority entrepreneurs with mentors, funding, and support. Launching Dec 2023
